We have been on the hillside of Aquila for countless generations, at 700 meters altitude with a dry climate and significant temperature ranges due to the towering mountain chain.
These are ideal conditions for the production of the “Gentian”, the “Genepì” together with the “Liquorice”, the “Rattafia” and the walnut “Nocino” therefore it has naturally become the focal point of our enterprise.
We have chosen the woods of our barriques so that each of them can give that unique “aged” taste that exalts every detail of the chosen infusion. Our Alsatian oak barrels are home to our infusions for at least twelve months.
